1. Rental Agreement 

By reserving or renting any equipment from Air Time Party Rentals, you (“Customer” or “Renter”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This rental agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Air Time Party Rentals. 

2. Reservations, Deposits, and Payments

A deposit is required on most items to confirm your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid the day before delivery at noon. We accept payments via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Card (processing fees may apply). Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received and confirmed.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Bookings can be rescheduled if done no later than 3 days before the booking date. Same-day reschedules are not permitted due to weather or other circumstances once our team has departed for delivery. If severe weather (such as high winds, lightning, or heavy rain) occurs, Air Time Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for safety reasons. If cancellation is made by Air Time Party Rentals due to unsafe weather, your deposit will be credited toward a future rental within 12 months. Refunds are not issued for customer preference, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled in advance. The customer must be present at drop-off to sign the rental contract and provide a valid state ID. An adult (18 years or older) must be present at delivery. Delivery is typically to your driveway, front yard, or designated event area. Please ensure the setup area is clear of vehicles, debris, and pet waste prior to our arrival. If items are not accessible or ready at pickup, additional fees may be charged. We do not deliver or set up in unsafe or unsuitable areas (steep hills, mud, narrow gates, etc.).

5. Equipment Use and Safety 

The renter is responsible for supervising all equipment at all times during use. Only children or adults of similar size should use inflatables at the same time. No food, drinks, gum, candy, glitter, confetti, face paint, silly string, sharp objects, or pets are allowed on or near inflatables. Equipment must remain in the same location after setup and should not be moved or dragged. If power is lost, have all riders exit immediately until power is restored. Air Time Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety rules.

6. Cleaning, Damage, and Replacement

All equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. A cleaning fee will apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty (mud, food, or drink spills). Any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment will result in the customer being charged for full repair or replacement costs. Silly string, face paint, or permanent stains will result in a full replacement charge for the inflatable or affected item.

7. Liability and Responsibility 

By renting from Air Time Party Rentals, you agree to: Assume full responsibility for the equipment and all persons using it during your rental period. Release and hold harmless Air Time Party Rentals, its owners, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from use or misuse of the rented equipment. Indemnify Air Time Party Rentals from any claims, legal fees, or costs resulting from accidents or damages during your event.

8. Equipment Ownership 

All rental items remain the property of Air Time Party Rentals. Customers may not sell, sublease, modify, or loan out any rental equipment.

9. Photos and Promotion 

Air Time Party Rentals may take photos of the rental setup for promotional use on our website or social media. If you prefer not to have your setup or event featured, please let us know at the delivery.

10. Governing Law 

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled in Liberty County, GA.
